ghostscript のフォントの指定は /usr/share/ghostscript/7.07/lib/CIDFnmap で行います。

具体的には、以下のパッチのように CIDFnmap.Win と CIDFnmap.CJK の部分のコメント(%) を外し、/Kochi-{Mincho,Gothic} が ms{mincho,gothic}.ttc を指すようにします。
